Santo Domingo.
as The first city in America still conserves a colonial zone as
testimony of those splendorous years of the Spanish colonization
but even thou zone old buildings are still in use the colonial zone
is now basically like a beautiful city in a city. The big and modern

country is in the Ecuador line and is in the route of many satellites
signals for which Santo Domingo is one of the best communicated
cities in the western hemisphere and not just technologically Miami
, Puerto Rico , Cuba and Jamaica are close and there’s always
flights going there. |

Traveling
around the city can be done by public bus ( 6 pesos ride) , these
buses go long distance and you seldom have to change route . By
car 6 (pesos rides), shorter route. And taxi most of which charge
60pesos for going places all around the central city.
Services that are not good still are the city cleaning and the electricity
. black outs are common. If you don’t like blackouts you may
consider renting a place that has its own energy generation. But
don’t worry its not difficult to find. Most of Hotels and
hosting services have them. |

places that the school offer for accommodation have this characteristic.
Regarding to the food. The capital
has most of American fast food restaurant , McDonald’s , Burger
King , KFC, Pizza Hutt etc. But if you want take your time and enjoy
there’s plenty of restaurants specialized in international
foods : Italian, French , Arabian, Chinese etc. The Dominican food
of course is available everywhere. You will probably have it in
the place where you stay. |

if you walk around with a group from Mabraska. And if you want
